I think your thinking of the professional model. This one is $120you can skip the over priced Fatality board and go with something cheaper like a Asus P8P67 Pro - but make sure any P67 or Z68 board you buy has the B3 stepping.
any 1600 DDR3 Ram will do really. I use Corsair Vengeance ram.
get rid of the 4850, and snap yourself up a GTX560 or 570. If you wish to stay with ATi then get a 6950 and see if you can unlock the pipes.

the P8P67 Pro should still be able to take the 2600k to 4.8Ghz or even higher if youre lucky
