What is the best Defrag software. I would like it to use for defragging my storage drive after installing my steam games

Windows Defrag (since Vista) is very good.
Also, use Steam's defrag facility.

EDIT: Eh... erocker... always there... always watching...

Yep they pretty much covered it all. I mean you can use something like Defraggler to set things to certain places on your HDD but overall what is already built in is more than enough.
If you check into Scheduled Tasks you will see that Windows will Defrag itself without any intervention at all.

alright oh and erocker, when i got off last night ot restart my system for updates. I went into the BIOS and turned off(cant think of it right now, that setting thats bad for overclocks) and my system wouldn't boot. it was weird

Iobit Smart Defrag 2: I use deep defrag and boot defrag here and there.
I've used a lot of other programs but this seems to do the job right:
