Umm, I'm not sure if this will solve your problem but won't hurt to try - download the latest directx from microsoft.

Can't say I ever saw that problem. Maybe try the 12.1a preview driver...other than that, not sure what you can try...seems like a driver error.

Do you have the 2Gb versions?

HERE you can find your answer to your problem... I think

Could it be that with such a high resolution and three monitors, you actually run out of memory? Especially when you go to ultra high mode. Does anybody know if there is a formula for calculating the needed amount of memory? 4GB sounds like a overkill, but you'll be amazed how quickly it fills up.

Done any updates lately? Software could also be a culprit.

You can also check the AMD support site for info on eyefinity, maybe they have some info on mem usage with eyefinity, or the Microsoft site for DirectX.

With two 2gb cards in CrossFire you're limited to 2gb's of vram. Open up GPU-Z and there is a memory usage bar under the sensors tab. You will most likely have to reduce your settings to play at this kind of resolution.

I've had this issue a couple of times with my GTX 570. Max settings on a single 1080p screen with 1.25 GB of VRAM. I wouldn't doubt that three times the pixels requires >60% more video memory.
