Hello i got a kit TwinMOS Twister DDR2-800, DS4 mobo and a 6300
The memories are rated for 1.8V +-0.1v ddr2-800 5-5-5-18 (Elpida Chips), i managed to OC the cpu to 2800Mhz(400x7) with 1.26V, 8 hours ORTHOS Stable. I tried FSB 450 and 2.0V and works perfectly, 3150Mhz @ 1.30V 5-5-5-15 without touching vFSB, but i am a bit worried about the voltage, as i checked the memories are rated for 1.9V and i am sure i saw elpida chips doesnt like too much voltage.
Could any one recommend whats the maximum voltage possible for Elpida chips ?.
Another thing, its safe to run FSB-450 on a DS4 with the stock heat pipe cooling system ? i got decent airflow on my case + Artic Fan on the window blowing air directly to the NB.
Few pictures;
Any suggestions and recommendations ? Thanks in advance.
