Oh ok. I was under the impression that keys couldn't be sold at all unless the game disc came along with it. My mistake.
In that case I'll be making a FS thread next week :)

I saw similar sales like this in the past and assume it is permitted as long as you sell the physical sheet for the game otherwise STEAM digital code cannot be sold.
 
Wow, $25 for BL2 is an amazing price. Tons of fun and the DLC is great too.
Should sell quick.
