A friend of mine has decided to spend his hard earned pennies on a new gaming rig for himself! He almost brought this from CurrysPCworld! However I told him I would put one together for him to save some... Now I'm asking for your help in the quest!! :D Ideally I'd like to be buying everything from the same store as he has warranty issues so dealing with one store only is a must for him and here's a list I've came up with, what do you think? Will need an OS too.

You can do so much better for $1000. Ditch that Bulldozer junky chip and get a Core i5 3570k

Looks pretty solid to me especially considering most i7's are impractical on a build with that budget in comparison to that bulldozer with liquid cooling.

1)There are other websites that sell the same stuff for cheaper, such as aria.co.uk and (in some cases) overclockers.co.uk
2) At £1000, Intel CPU is a must lol unless you friend NEEDS 8 cores for CAD.
3) 7950 with aftermarket cooler can be found for £200-220 on Aria, Scan and ocUK. £250 is WAY too much. Hell for £280 you can get a GTX670!
4) Why 800Watt bronze PSU and not 650W gold? I know Corsair's AX650 is around £80 if you lurk websites for a week and find a deal.
5) You should get SATA 3 cables from motherboard and SSD also, so make sure you are not buying the extra ones for nothing. (dunno if they will be angled or straight)
6)Why not just 8GB RAM? its already alot for gaming...

Do the others come with the bundled games though? They are worth £29 a pop. Just a thought :)

compare prices with this: http://uk.hardware.info/

and like the guy said before other retailers are cheaper, dabs.com is good also!
ive seen an 8350 as low £135 on a deal, ocuk is tad more expensive.

only good thing about getting all components from one place is that you can ask them direct for a discount, as youre paying them a lump sum! and tbh not all your parts are going to break so no need to buy from one place for rma purposes.

phone a couple places and say im about to spend £1000+ what can you do for me....

Get a different SSD, look at the Samsung 840/Crucial M4/Sandisk Extreme, that agility 4 is very meh.
Also try looking up parts on CCL Online, as they are cheaper than ebuyer AND they price match if you call them up.
Also, get an AIO, like a Corsair H80i for that 8350, mine clocked to 4.8Ghz on AIO.
I can vouch +1 for that motherboard too.
If that goes over budget, remove that ram and just go for a 8Gb kit of 1600mhz or 1866mhz ram, preferrably in 8Gb modules.
Also check Scan.co.uk Today Only deals.
If you go to Dabs.co.uk, you can pick up a 7950 for £210 with the 3 free games.

MINE IS CHEAPER THAN YOURS
Being a retard, ignore that 32 bit windows, switch out for 64bit
You should also consider i5 3570k and a Z77 MoBo similar to mine and 90% of other users in the forum

IMPLYING IMPLICATIONS
8350 is almost as good as the i5 in gaming, not in synthetics. I love both my processors equally.

Thanks for all the help so far guys, ebuyer happens to be the first place I put a list together, it wasn't final! I'm more after building a list of price/parts from a reasonable store (hence ebuyer, or at least imo) I will be shopping around each store to see which will give me the overall lowest price. Now I think I'll stick with 8350 in this rig as it'll make things that little bit easier in the long run (I probably won't clock the CPU up that much), I'm happy to swap the Agility 4 for the 840... Don't know why I didn't choose that in the first place tbh :p

This will be the guys first ever gaming machine besides his xbox 360... So I was confident the Agility would of been more than enough for him as he still doesn't know what an SSD is, but that's besides the point really.

I probably could save some getting a lower watt PSU but I have a crappy past with them, maybe I just have a lot of dirty power around the house as I found I needed more than 650W for a overclocked 1055T w/ GTX460? But that's just a whole other kettle of fish I don't want to get into.

I always tend to run along with gold rated PSU's but bronze is just fine. For a non clocked 8350 and a single 7950 a 650watt gold might save you a little.
