I am planning on using this for EvE Online and Starcraft HotS w/ recording option

of course the keyboard wont fit inside the case. aside from asking for advice as to which case i should get, i am also asking if my specs are okay.

Yes everything should play nice together & that case would be a good fit with spare room for the future. Personally I'd switch the PSU to Corsair or Seagate & get a "Gold" model vs the Silver you listed.

okay changing it to 80+ gold; im a bit icky on the amount of watts the PSU has... should i bump it to 850?

you say that like you know me. im guessing you dont, so be aware that people browse these forums looking to learn etc. and will probably learn something about you.
 
Its kinda overkill on the Processor part, although the additional threads might be beneficial for recording but still I'd recommend an i5

Your mobo is too expensive, there are other alternatives

I don't get it, why would you use "some wireless apple keyboard" for gaming(esp that your gonna use a Razer mouse)

Will you do SLI? or even overclock? 750W is too much

well i havent decided yet if to go wireless with keyboard/mouse or just go cord (i shouldve specified).

i want to have the option for when i do get another GPU, ill be able to add it in without an issue or replacing the motherboard/psu. far as overclocking, yes ill be OCing.

btw what 120g SSD would you recommend for gaming? I wanted to get a Vortex 4 but it appears its not compatible with Windows 8 and my motherboard appears to encounter issues with anything lower than windows 8, according to reviews.

im not sure did those msi gaming series mainboard out...cause there will be prety ossom if u ask me... got great creative sound card on board.. and can do CF-SLI..,good overclocker to..and should be cheaper then asrock oc formula!!

...and I the only person who thinks the choice for keyboard is a terrible idea? I have a Bluetooth wireless Apple keyboard and it don't want to connect to the Bluetooth on my tower. I would recommend not going with an Apple keyboard. You'll have less problems and headaches long term.

I wasn't rude and I was most definitely not aware of moderators frowning upon 'multiple threads' under one thread. To each their own...
