Just got this game tonight and honestly I freaken love it. I'm a Mac user (don't suggest it) so it's a little sketchy to play but it's also still in alpha (although most of the gameplay is smooth enough, it's still very alpha esque). I spent probably the first 2 hours getting shot in the head, dying of starvation, getting lost, knocking on trees in the dark, etc. Then something happened where I established my hut and was able to live. What I quickly found out about this game was how intense the player to player interactions can be. For those who are starting out and still barely clothed, nobody wants to be killed. Alliances and mutual friendships are made. I for instance set up a camp in a part and the whole hangar area became my neck of the woods. New friends would come visit me to trade.
Then there's that kid with the M4. Who just shoots everybody.
I can hardly complain because that's just the nature of young humans and video games. If you put a mouse in the hands of a 13 year old, their gonna wanna kill everything. But overall, it was a thoroughly enjoyable game. Hard to get through the rough parts whether it be surviving or finding your friends but once you're established and working, this game has an insane amount of potential and worth every penny of

Not as much in on it as an accomplice..I told them I wouldn't help but would watch, then when they got in except for the door where the stuff was, I gave them 3 C4..lol. And took the 3 back from the box that was in there. I already have a metal base setup anyways, and I don't try to hide my bases for that specific reason that I know people are gonna get them anyways, I just knew it wasn't the mcmickey crew because I know they don't have all that (well, may have been with him, but).
