i dont really know, if its a problem or not, just wanted to make it clear.
no oc applied, standoffs used, not shorting issue here, all system works stable and fine

at the very moment when i press turn pc off (shutdown), all looks normal, but as soon as it hits a state when its shut, look like gpu fully speed ups its fans for a little sec and then its completely off.

process is indicated in video at the bottom. please share your thoughts if its normal behavior? if so, reason for doing that? if you cant hear the fans speeding up, increase your volume, sorry for bad quality

Sounds normal to me. It doesn't happen on my current rig, but it's happened on multiple rigs in the past and it's never been a problem.

really happy to hear that! stupid opinion from `guy with 0 knowledge of PC`, does it means gpu pushes out the power? like a holding power button for motherboard for a 10secs?

+1

Agree with @RCoon, my Power Supply does the same and it's Normal, at least for the Enermax Platimax that is how it works.

Probably;y a Bios Safety feature to ensure component is cooled enough on shutdown so as not to cause overheating problems after your system is powered off
Some systems will allow the CPU cooler fans to run for say 30 seconds after shutdown to lower chip temp
Your Gpu is probably doing this

You hit the nail on the head! Those BIOS that do this, it is for the purpose of providing anywhere from 5 -20 seconds or so of cool air to components that are not under load at the time to get temps low quickly.

got to mention, this behavior started when i updated bios, about few weeks ago. till then, when i pressed to shutdown, it all shut the fans down at constant speed. so previous bios didnt have this protection, i guess. thanks mates, as always - community on which you can count on

There is a new video card firmware that supposedly does something with Bios fan speeds for the GB cards. Not tried it yet to see the difference though...

I remember PowerColor had some module that would get the fan to spin for 30secs after the PC was off. I think was turboTimer or something like that...

Only time you should worry is if your rig stops working completely, has a burning plastic smell, see flames, has blue screens of death. Dust it bi monthly to keep it working, or take to a shop for that if youre unsure.

I have same thing but it's only when I play games .
I Don't have when I don't play any games that's mean it's because GPU is hot and trying cool down bro trust me you should watch some videos and you will be fine

My Gigabyte Aorus RX 570 Windforce 4 gb card does it every time on shutdown.......running perfectly from may 2017 onwards.....
