If you are just using a standard Windows 7 DVD, then you do not want to disable the CSM. The standard Windows 7 install requires the legacy support that the CSM provides. The standard Windows 7 installation DVD does not support UEFI.

gota ya, in bios the drive shows a UEFI ver and a AHCI ver but i noticed that if i tried to disable any part of csm i dont see the 2 hd one ssd and raptor, could that be because i need to change them to GPT? or that dosent matter or is it os dependent like 8+( though that dosent explain it as im not seeing then in bios)
thanks a lot

i dont get it if i change launch video oprom policy and change it to uefi from legacy i only see the blubray drive not ssd or reg hd,, im lost only the blueay shows 2 versions a reg and a uefi/fat,, only thing i can do is "do not enable launch pxe oprom policy" and hd shows up do i want to keep it like that?but the other 2 seem to make hds disappear

the only things that might be a tell is the blursy has a ahci and uefi ver in bios but the ssd is ahci + next to uefi on bluray it says (fat)
