if u want oc, i think currently is only Asrock's boards that support the overclock right now for non-k cpus.

Edit - the Gigabyte board you listed apparently does have it, they advertise BCLK adjustment in the Newegg listing: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128837

Pretty much all Z170 boards should support non-K OC, provided you have flashed the appropriate BIOS to the motherboard. Some features will be disabled (like integrated GPU of the CPU), so please do some research about this prior to purchasing anything.
