I'm always using google, even my browser homepage is set to google.
I use google because it's fast and simple, no fancy news/images on google.

Thanks!

Google. Its fast and relevant. Im sure others can understand after years of using it I'm also a bit "tuned" to the algorithm they use.

NOT
"I saw a dog in a movie walk over a log"

Its

"Brown dog walks over log movie"

if you know what I mean.

Search Engine !!!
Seems some people don't Bother
They just post Questions on Forums and sit back and wait for other people to do the work for them:p:Do_O:lovetpu:

I used to use Yahoo back in the days. But short aften Google came out it dit not take long time to convert to Google (Around year 2000 i converted to google). And since when i have used Google ever since.

Besides that Google Also offers others great service lige Google maps and it is standart start side in my browser aswell. But I dont like Google browser Google Chrome.

I remembered when first time introduced to internet (around 2005),
which the ISP do exhibition in mall ( people can use internet in provided pc for free)
I sat down, double click the browser, google page was opened

and I start typing random stuff and a little bit of keyboard mashing
I was like, OMG this google so smart, its always had something to display no matter what I type..

So yeah, Google for the win

I have always used google.

In the late 90s I did not know yet about google, I had dial-up internet on my cdi-player at that time and
used only a local search engine at that time, I just read in wikipedia that google started in 1997.

Google. Have since as long as I can remember :)

DuckDuckGo with Google supplementary (particularity for images).

I see.. No TPU member using Yahoo! They must be out of business soon as seeing the results of the poll sofar....:p

Suprised Yandex and Baidu have not been included in the Poll
Both are bigger than Google in their Respected Geo location

Google, but it sucks. I used to have good search skills, but it's getting more and more difficult to find relevant pages, partly because they always believe I mean what I know I don't, and they just omit critical words from the query.

And isn't Yahoo Bing now?

Nobody here (yet) seems to use them.

Dogpile

That's probably because "those goverments" Geo block the web to restrict their citizens from using "Foreign sites"
The Bambo Firewall being one Glaring Public example of censorship other Governments implement such policy's by forcing local ISP's to reroute search requests to favoured Browsers

Google homepage on all my devices since the beginning of time. I've tried using the others for quick searches from time to time. They all suck balls in comparison.

And I still never get tired of lmgtfying people.

Before I knew much of Google, I used to use Yahoo for search and mail. This was back in the late 90s, maybe 2000. Then I switched to Google for searches.

Then Gmail came out but back then it was harder to get. I think I had to be invited by another Gmail user. I started using Gmail as soon as I could and have never looked back.
