If your card is working, don't touch it.

Hi

+1 Carling1 ; don't touch it.

Use an application like afterburner if looking for a few extra fps

Note: If you really feel the need; make two backup's of the original Vbios image and edit one with tested and desired values.

Looks like that newer bios adds UEFI support.

Did it not have UEFI out of the box? I actually just installed that very card in my Ex-Wife's PC for her yesterday and I was actually having issues with it booting. Might be why.

I convinced her to get an SSD so I wasn't overly concerned as I'm gonna format the whole thing anyway and would try to figure it out then.

The bios database shows one of the bios the op posted as having UEFI and the older one does not.

But I wouldnt go flashing your card unless you know what you are doing.

Well it's been awhile but I used to the 9800Pro to XT flashing guru around here way back when ;) What brought me here in the first place.

I will GPU-Z and see. I mean it's in an PZ68-Gen 3 so an older board to be sure so not sure why it would be having any kinda UEFI conflicts to begin with.

Thanks alot for your time, help and advice. I will keep it untouched.
