So, I built my PC about a year ago and I just recently bought a second card for my setup to utilize SLI. The trouble started when I pulled up the Nividia Control Panel to enable it, the only problem was that it wasn't giving me any of the SLI options (Maximize 3D Performance, Disable SLI) It did however show both cards working. So, I tried a few quick fixes like reinstalling the drivers, checking the bios for updates, double checking that the cards are in the correct PCI slots, and trying each card individually. Nothing seemed to fix it. I figured maybe the SLI bridge was bad so I tried 2 new ones and neither one showed a difference. So I took it in to my local computer repair shop, they checked it out over a few hours only to tell me that they had contacted Nividia and received some sort of patch that didn't fix the problem. He also retried some of the other solutions I already had done and checked the "GPU SLI connectors" (Not sure if that's the correct term for it) and said they were fine. Nividia told him that it was just a simple glitch and that just because it's wasn't showing up didn't mean it's not working. Although, while using GPU-Z I also noticed that under SLI it also stated "Disabled". So, I installed MSI Afterburner and checked the usage for both cards in game and got 100% from the 1st card and 0% from the 2nd. I'm still fairly new to PC gaming so I'm sorry if I've left out anything. Could someone please help me find a solution to fixing this?
