So, I first tried GPU 1 in x16_1 Slot and GPU 2 inx16_2 Slot. I occurred a few problems like the Nvidia control Panel not pulling up and my motherboard not reading my second card. I then took my second GPU and placed it in x16_4. I'm glad to report that was the issue. SLI is up and running now with no issues. I really appreciate all of the help EVERYONE has given me. Thank you so much
