Best LCD for 300 or less

I want a wide screen,but am on a budget of sorts.I have been shopping around for a while, but man there are a lot of choices and can't decide.I want the best bang for my buck I guess.300.00 is about my max.

US$249 for a 22" LCD

We pay like $280 for a 19" Widescreen LCD, more for a regular screen (which I prefer if the size is less than 21")...You guys are lucky.

what is a PMVA panel? Google search didnt bring up much.
It says the viewing angles are up to 170 degrees....thats bloody nice.
