Is there any software to limit download speed in Google Chrome? I need download limiter not net limiter. Twitch not working if Google Crome downloading with full speed.
 
And what speed might that be? And why do you think its the speed your pulling causing the issue?

Really there are just alot of questions regarding this.

As to your actual question I dont know of one. You might be able to try and downgrade your link speed though.

Thanks. I install NetLimiter and it's the best. You can limit download speed for any software (Google Chrome...).
