So I got a card I want to put into my system, but the issue is when I do, it just says "No Signal", even though both the cable and card are fine, so what else could be causing it? I've been trying to troubleshoot this for 2 days now so some help would be really appreciated.

Details Details Details!

We can't help if we don't know what the specific card and psu are.

And how do you know the card and cable are fine, what have you done to verify this? Being vague doesnt get you or us anywhere

Make sure you have the right video input on the monitor selected from its OSD menu.

The card is a Quadro 2000 and the PSU is an XFX TS550 and they are fine as I tested them.

Tested them in what and how exactly?

What system and what motherboard are you trying to use them in and what purpose are you trying to use the Quadro for?

I tested them in another pc and the mobo is an ASUS M5A97.

Theres more to my last statement. We shouldn't be having to pry information from you.

Well I'm not sure what other answer you expected other than to use the card?

Go re-read it.

By the way is this a card directly from nvidia or an AIC such as Gigabyte/MSI/Asus etc?

I have and there's my answer, if you want any more info not sure what the harm is of just saying what you need.

There you go, by the way fermi is EOL so no drivers are continuing to be developed also if you think you will want to run it beside that 1080ti, it wont work and trying to install drivers side by side wont work either.

Also if a gpu is not seated fully or squared in a slot it wont work plain and simple.

I know it's EOL but there are drivers for it sadly they refuse to install for some reason.

Yeah it's because you have a different generation of nvidia gpu installed(1080Ti).

What are you trying to use the Quadro for?

By the way read these pages, it pertains to the legacy boot, get your motherboard manual out and read pages 30, 35, 36 specifically relating to Initial Display Output, PCIEX16 Bifurcation, Fastboot, VGA Support, CSM Support, Other PCI Device Rom Priority. Also Uefi Fast Boot can cause problems.

I don't have the 1080 ti installed though, I tried with it and another card though, as I thought maybe I just couldn't do it when I have one AMD and one Nvidia card.

So what are you trying to use the quadro card for specifically? Quit dodging that question

I'm not, it makes no difference and I've already answered it, I'm trying to use it.

For what though? Answering the way you just did is dodging

Oh i remember now you wanted to use it as a PhysX card.

We told you before it wont work.

Check your bios settings i just stated earlier on pages 30, 35, 36 in your bios, if you are unsure contact gigabyte, nvidia and amd.

Again, right now I'm just trying to get it to work, and that's not even the mobo I'm using for it, it's and ASUS M5A97.

I hear its less painful at dentists pulling teeth @eidairaman1

@avrona provide as much detailed information, including any step by step procedures you completed. Troubleshooting from this side of your monitor witth the little information you've given so far will result in nothing more than a poor guess. The people on this forum dont try to help as much if information is not forthcoming. @eidairaman1 is your best friend in this endeavor and the resident mad scientist genius (brownie points?).

I've tried installing several different drivers as well to see if any will install but they also refuse to install, even after DDU if that helps.

if it doesnt work with windows basic drivers, it wont work with vendor drivers.

NO idea, I'm confused what you are doing here. You got asked a lot of questions and didnt exactly answer them, I suggested something you should do here. Specs of what you are trying to build matter. Basic trouble shooting steps were ignored. All-in-All, start from scratch maybe?

If it works in another motherboard
then get and use that model of motherboard
if it does not work in another motherboard
Take it to a Craft shop to be framed as a wall hanging

I've done plenty of troubleshooting already and none of it worked. The specs are: ASUS M5A97, fx-8350, Quadro 2000 and an R9 280x for testing, 16GB DDR3 1600MHz RAM.

Well what am I suppose to do then?
Quadro 2000 and an R9 280x
You Cannot (i know you used to be able to) use an AMD Card and a Nvidia Card in the Same System
the Nvidia installer throws a wobbly when it detects an AMD Card.
AS YOU HAVE DISCOVERED FOR YOURSELF
