About the code number...
92 - 99
Problem related to PCI-E devices. Please re-install PCI-E devices or try installing them in other slots. If the problem still exists, please remove all PCI-E devices or try using another VGA card.

I have that motherboard with a rx570 without problems.

Did you try Clear CMOS?

Post dr debug 0x97

He needs to update bios to these if not done so slready, also a bios battery swap cant hurt.

My bro has that exact mobo.

Make sure to flash all beta bios to the system first. Do not flash 2.80 yet

After each flash do a clear cmos and a save defaults in bios.

1. That PSU is fine for that GPU and system (so long as the PSU is working properly).
2. The PSU likely has nothing to do with it because the issue is on boot, not while on load.

That aside, flash the BIOS to the latest and give it a whirl.... as it looks like you are doing already. Simply flash to the latest non beta version (unless beta says something about VGA compatibility). Global vs. China is a different language, not file/bios.

EDIT: You should be flashing to version 2.80 from 2015. All those beta BIOS' are two years older than the latest stable version.

EDIT2:

If there are specific instructions that say so, indeed, follow them potato, otherwise, you do not have to install those first.

EDIT3: I don't see where ASRock requests/requires that, so unless the exiled airman saw something I missed (certainly possible), just flash to the latest version.

With all the stuff that asrock has had going on with their boards i would start with the beta bios then move to the final bios

All the stuff eh? Not sure what that was...anyway, it's only time...

Though thinking about it, what BIOS is the OP on (@potato580+ ?)? It could be newer than those beta BIOS' which would make flashing to the older beta a bad idea.

I guess my take is if going to a beta BIOS first was necessary, it would tell us. Personally, I'm not dumping a beta bios on that board when there is a 'stable' BIOS available (assuming it works of course).

Find out what bios version is on there and then update. Also there is a bigger risk of bricking a gpu than a mobo

what do you mean by bricking gpu?

Ok an incorrect bios file installed on a gpu renders a card unuseable, no video output from the card, that is called bricking.

Again, BEFORE you start flashing, see what BIOS version is on there. You do not want to go backwards. If there is any question... just flash to the latest stable BIOS. They are beta BIOS' for a reason...
