I have brand new PC, Asrock x570 Phantom Gaming 4 with latest bios update 1.70 (even before update, it wont display), pair with Saphire RX 5700, corsair ddr4 4x2 memory, Psu bitfenix whisper 550w, when i turn on it won't display.
then i switch the psu with super flower 650w, still wont boot up, but when i switched to another vga card, it works well.
Any suggestion?

Thank you and have a nice day.

is there any "no signal" notifiy? or just blackscreen? may worth check your cable, alsp used different display port avaiable, some motherboard dont rly like sudent hardware change, make a full reset bios setup will fix it if thats the culprit, easier way to do it by short circuit or just unplug the cmos battery for ten minute or so

sounds like the gpu itself not detected if you get those blackscreen, try plug cable in primary display port on your gpu, something last on edge i suposse

Unfortunately, I dont have any display port cable cuz my monitor only support HDMI and DVI, after change new HDMI cable problem still occurs.
Update* i just plug in my rx5700 on new motherboard (B450 M gaming) same result :(

where did you get that card? it is used or bew retail? if its new go claim for the warranty, i presume the card fail somehow, can be also bad gpu bios error, try switch the bios, i think saphire 5700 have dual bios feature, if thats still not work, this person can help @eidairaman1 , do the gpu fan spin on startup? make sure your power pin cable plug correctly, i personally never own 5700 yet so ive no idea whats this troubleshot abt, just wait for someone else, this forums sure have lot of experience person, hope your card can be normal asap :toast:
