XFX RX 570 8GB XXX edition bios problem

Hi,

I bought an used RX 570 8GB with a broken fan some days ago and I have problems getting it to work after I replaced the fans. The fan starts to spin in BIOS but stops soon after and I wont get a signal or recognition from it. I suspected a miner bios on it when it didnt recognize as an AMD-card by the drivers. I was able to flash it using the ATI-flasher tool i found here on the site with the bios also from here with success, however I still cant get it to work. When I use the internal graphics with the card in the mobo, the fans usually actually spin fully and I've tried to factory reset it when the amd driver suite finally recognized the card after a bios flash, but to no avail as when I plug my monitor into the card, the fans stop at boot and I get the error code 43 error. (I am also unable to go around that error with the patcher i found). The switch beside the 8 pin doesnt really do anything either.

There's also a weird wet patch (photos) that might have something to do with it?

I've tried both the Micron and Hynix (memory says Hynix under heat sink) bios for the XXX version, but now I cant seem to find them again in your bios collection. I've checked the other threads about this card but I cant seem to solve it through the steps there

Any clues?

hmm, the top one was successful in the flash, but the second missed the VBIOS image according to atiflash.

Both of those cards doesnt look physically the same as the card i have though. Attaching a GPU-Z screenshot i got when i flashed it with the XXX edition hynix bios.

FYI, the card you have has a default quiet mode and the fans won't spin up until the card goes above 50C.

The Device ID's match but that does not really mean a lot if the card has been force flashed previously, that Default clock in GPU-Z is odd, are you sure it's a XXX?

As noted on the Bios pages, those pictures are placeholders only and may not match the specific card.
This is the only other Bios I could find that matches your card.

A close up pic of that "wet patch" would help, as it appears to be in the power circuitry.

Well, the stickers in my attached photos all point towards an XXX card?

FYI, the card you have has a default quiet mode and the fans won't spin up until the card goes above 50C.

read about that too, but I cant get it to get a signal in my computer due to either error 31 or error 43 (it alternates between these two when im working around with the card now)

Thats the one i've tried that work "the best". Still it doesn't solve it for me sadly! I have no default clock-speed and alot of unknown stuff here.

So are you able to install the drivers without issue after you have flashed?

System Name I could say remaining parts or something like that...
Processor i5 2500k @ 4,8 ghz/Xeon x5650
Motherboard Asus Z68 gene-z/G1 Assassin
Cooling 240mm radiator/212+
Memory 8gb ddr3-1333/16gb ddr3-1866
Video Card(s) Nitro RX460 4gb/2x RX570 Red Devil
Storage Many
Display(s) Samsung TV/Topsync 2560*1440
Audio Device(s) onboard
Power Supply Seasonic 620w/Corsair 860i
Software 10 64 bit ultimate
Did you use the amd pixel patcher? Use it before restarting after the driver installation finishes.

I cannot help further, i'm just telling you what i did when i was faced with missing info in gpu-z... I can't explain why, but for me it did the job.
