As the title suggests; I can't seem to find concrete answers to this question? Does anyone know if this is compatible?

I dont understand, compatible in what way? Current over mobo header?
All mobo headers give 1 Amp max. If the fan has no RGB or similar crap, then a single fan should not pull more than 0.2 Amps.

I read that the Cooler Master fans need addressable RGB header. I see on the mobo there are two inputs for addressable RGB header, but in the mobo manual it only shows RGD strips. Was wondering if anyone with the same setup can tell me that it will work with the fans. Will probably use three CM fans.

New Motherboards rarely have RGB headers now, most are aRGB, so if the fans are also aRGB they will work.
