I am shocked. I just got a GREEN SCREEN in blender within just a minute of using it.

and got 3 more of WHEA errors, one is the same, one is the same with a different APIC ID and a new one:

A fatal hardware error has occurred.

Reported by component: Processor Core
Error Source: Machine Check Exception
Error Type: Translation Lookaside Buffer Error
Processor APIC ID: 14

It may be that your bios, if set to auto/default settings is giving your Vcore and Soc to much voltage. I recently found out mine was. I was having issues and I changed the Vcore and Soc from auto to manual and set them to the values it showed. My rig has been good and stable since.

Try setting some bios values to manual to lock them in from getting over juiced.

Thank you but It didn't really help.

And now it's gotten even worse. I can't even manage to play 2 minutes of Cyberpunk anymore.... crash to dekstop or pc restart.

if the GPU doesn't work in another machine, then it may be the GPU itself and time for an RMA.

How likely is it to get two faulty gpus in a row that have very simmilar issues? (my previous GPU also had crashes like these(crash to desktop, artifacting in dx12 games, sometimes also pc restart) before i sent it for an RMA)

I reinstalled the gpu driver and after that it crashed again (pc restart) and i wrote the post above, and I tried it again and I was able to play fine for 30 minutes. It's really weird I have no idea anymore. But yes this gpu doesn't go past boot screen in my sister's pc but I don't have another gpu to test since she has an apu.

Dont know what to say. Bad luck?

I know it is a 5700XT and some people had black screen issues and what not. Besides trying older drivers, I dunno. Is there any Nvidia GPU you can give a try to see if it does the same thing? Something more taxing on the PSU?

I tried an older driver and it might have been a bit worse. I will try to get another gpu to test but I'm not sure if it will be possible yet.

I would try more Vcore, if OC'ing core(s). A good chance you have instability in one or more of the CCDs. Maybe one or more of the CCXs?

GSOD instead of BSOD=Insider Windows 10 build, according to what I saw at TenForums, IIRC.

I'm not on insider build.
The green screen I got was just a green screen, no text or anything and it was only for like a second or two.

OK, so not what looks like a GSOD. Coincidence?

Well, it happened again, in photoshop... This time my screen just went black and nothing, it didn't even restart on it's own this time. Well that's it, It's time to play around with replacing hardware and rule out.
But I'm sure it's something to do with the gpu.
So either:
Cpu is busted - the part that communicates with a gpu or whatever
Motherboard
GPU - if it is the gpu, I swear I won't be buying radeon products anymore(at least in the next 10 years) after getting 2 faulty gpus in a row with the same "phantom" problems like jeez, troubleshooting almost everyday.
my old amd card I used(HD 7950, heck it even used to heat up to 90 degrees, and still it was FINE), but since buying radeon's new products it's only been crap

I would disassemble everything and rebuild it on top of the motherboard box with a single stick of RAM.

Forget if they fixed this in the more recent 5700XT drivers, but I recall manually changing my PCIe mode for the slot I had my 5700XT in from Auto to PCIe 3.0 and that greatly improved stability at the time.

^^ This ^^

Also, if you haven't already, before tearing it all down, try each RAM stick one at a time.

I already rebuilt it not too long ago as I had an opportunity to get a much better case. And I tried setting the pcie mode to 3.0 insted of auto but It didn't help.

I tried my sister's ram. It wasn't any better.

theres other people having the same issue with their cards. its been an ongoing thing. https://community.amd.com/t5/graphics/powercolor-red-dragon-rx-5700-xt-crashing/td-p/57458
Yeah, it's weird how this person has very simmilar symptoms.
At this point I'm really suspecting the card. I don't think I will be buying any amd cards in the near future.

Alright so, I did some more testing and it still happened in blender, all holidays are over and It's time to try another gpu. I will try to borrow a gpu or I'll try at a pc shop to see If I can test there. I will update the status.

Update:
I got a whole pc to test. It only had an HD7950 but I still decided to try it in my pc. I couldn't get it to crash in blender, which always crashes my GPU.
Also my gpu doesn't work in this PC either and the HD7950 works in my sister's pc.

How is this even possible? The gpu works fine until it decides to crash in my PC(crashes happen rare tho unless I try to crash it on purpose). In 2 other PC's it doesn't go past boot screen with the gpu. I recorded this stuff with my phone, I will edit the video later.
