I didnt see any tech outlet covering this news of Asetek springing back in action this time against Corsair. Any updates on this lawsuit?

Asetek are on the com back though according to GN. Hey maybe they come back with new idea's HAHA.

That video suggested there might be more than 1 lawsuits but only thing I found was Corsair one from last year nothing recent.
Asetek covers quite some patents in regards of watercooling.
I believe some of those patents also cover open loops.

Unfortunately other than Bloomberg no one has covered this particular lawsuit like most tech media covered Asetek vs CM and Asetek vs AMD. I have requested a friend of mine to send full article as he has Bloomberg subscription.
So what if anything came of this?
No idea as none of the outlets have paid any attention to this lawsuit.
 
That is what happens when companies over patent products. For example Apple has a patent on the angle of curve on the corners of the iphone. If any other company makes a phone with the same corner design apple will sue them.

It is ruining products and allowing companies like asetek to live of the same design for years. No inovation.
