Gigabyte has recently listed several new graphics cards with the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) confirming the existence of various upcoming models from NVIDIA and AMD. Gigabyte has initially listed 10 RTX 3080 12 GB cards across various levels including AORUS Xtreme, AORUS Master, Gaming, Vision, Eagle, and Mini-ITX. The entry also includes 6 RTX 3070 Ti 16 GB models without any AORUS Xtreme or Mini-ITX cards initially planned. These upcoming cards from NVIDIA follow their recent release of the RTX 2060 12 GB where they have bumped the memory capacity on existing cards. The AMD RX 6500 XT which is rumored to launch in January 2022 with 4 GB of memory also makes an appearance with 3 models listed. The full list of all registered cards from Gigabyte can be found below.

rtx 3070ti 16gb looks good, can compete x rx6800 16gb.

I don't think it matters whether refresh cards will be announced next year. The problem is availability and price. First they will need to solve the supply issue before prices can come down to a sane level. Else it is a wonderful opportunity for scalpers, whether its an individual, store, or even the AIB partners, to flourish at the expense of consumers.

Scalpers everywhere rejoice!!!!!!

Choice of graphics cards not a problem. Price and awailability will be very bad probably well into 2023. But it think that even once availability becomes better, retailers simply got used to these "new normal" prices and we can't expect pre covid days prices ever again.

Looks like NVIDIA is playing catch up to AMDs 16/12GB higher end cards.

They should have used their brains 15 months ago

Wouldn't help them with shitty yields on GDDR6X 15 months ago.

Exactly.

So... was the initial Ampere stack subpar or not. I think we have the answer, and I think AMD's had a better stack and a better node from the get-go. Those 8~10GB cards won't be lasting long.

From the get-go AMD had no product on shelves for the first 3 months. They launched in November but GPU's only appeared in January.

Yep... that is also true

I'm curious t see if GDDR6X finally has 2GB modules, or if they've gone back to 16 Gbps GDDR6 for the 3070 Ti?

First ITX 3080 ever. A must see
Oh clearly i want to see that one too, i want to see how far up it reaches when it explodes ROFL

They're not going to give it slower memory so not sure why you would say such a silly thing. And if you had kept up with tech a little bit better then you would know gddr6x is also cheaper for them to come by.

i am still very disappointing..... rtx 3070 ti 8gb series, get upgrade 16gb..... meanwhile, rtx 3080 10gb series, has only upgrade into 12gb..... there is no rtx 3080 20gb...... why, nvidia ??
