Does anyone have Palit RTX 3070 GamingPro OC LHR bios to share?

Hi, I would like to flash this OC bios onto my non OC palit 3070. I have tried the bios uploaded onto this website, but they are likely FHR ones, and I cannot flash them to my card. Does anyone have a LHR bios to share?

Found these two in the unverified section of the database:

8 GB GDDR6, 1500 MHz GPU, 1750 MHz Memory

Same device I.D.s on both, the second one has the slightly higher boost clock.

1) which one of the two did you managed to flash?
2) does the resizable bar works?
3) how can I flash the bios ? and does it differ in power limit because my non oc is limited at 113%

You must have csm turned off in your motherboard bios for bar to work
