EcoFlow aims to set its portable power stations apart with the use of two product lines and mobile app support. Today, we examine the more portable RIVER Pro that has a cohesive balance of inputs, DC and AC outputs, and quick-charging and discharging support for a reasonable price.

No doubt a quality product, but it would be nice to see more than 200w solar input from this mid size unit. The 256wh Anker that I have in my cart can do that if you combine USB PD and MC6 inputs. Also, there are many models with 2000 cycle lifespans out there as well.

The higher life cycle count units tend to adopt different materials for the electrodes, which I've pointed out in the article. In fact the EcoFlow DELTA series does just that, but those are also massive beasts that are on the other end of the portability and affordability spectrum.
