I want to undervolt my laptop with ryzen but I can't find anything, the voltages are excessively high.

The voltages look fine? This is what, a Lucienne APU (rehashed Zen 2 APU)? If temps are fine then what's the problem?

AFAIK Ryzen Controller is a roughly analogous software to Throttlestop, but because Ryzen mobile has changed so much in recent years I'm not sure if it works well with the 7nm APUs.

Ryzen mobile is a lot more dynamic than Intel. Just like desktop Ryzen, clocks/volts are constantly changing in response to temps/current/other factors. In addition, Renoir and later APUs (4000/5000/6000) have STAPM which also influences the boost algorithm.

I'm getting temperatures of 95-100 c when playing games that demand cpu, also because of the power limits, the undervolt could reduce consumption, which would give me slightly more stable frequencies. that is the reason why i need to do undervolt, undervolt has many benefits.
btw forgot to mention that ryzen controller doesn't work on my laptop, only RMT works
