I'm starting a pc building business called Vesta Pc and I'm wondering how do I get people to trust that I'm not scaming them? And how do I get more people on the website? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Simply make it look and sound professional. People like to know what the starting price is as well.

As a shopper, I will compare to other compaines just on price alone. The site looks like your intended audience is very niche. People who know enough about computers but don't want to build it themselves.

Start a YT and Instagram. Build and showcase what you can do. That way you don't have to list the pricing upfront.

maybe by renaming your company to Trusted PC Builders.

Hi folks,

This thread isn't in the right place - please don't reply until we move it to the right sub-forum.

Thanks.

Is it in the right form now?

I was never done with the website yet so it is not published. And in what ways can I do that? Also I don't want to put it on YouTube but probably Instagram. Do you know how to make thw site seem more trustworthy?

Probably not. But I might think about something similar.

send one to me, i will review it and pass the world to my 1 million followers

You build up a reputation with positive customer reviews.

Also make sure that people can contact you by several ways.

I don't know. If you actually have something the 1 million followers that would be good to spread the word about it. But I would need to build a pc with a higher budget. And I would have to be paid more for the parts.

Like in what ways? I have a phone number posted a email and also through the website. So what other things I can do?

Do you have an official registered company name.

i was joking, i don't even do social networks. But that's probably what i would do, some influencer, for as much as i don't like them most of the time they are usefull.

I don't know where you live , but that would be a problem in my country.
I'm in the United States.

Soooooo... I'm doing it by PayPal or in cash if it is local so is that bad? This is more like a personal business not something big.

You probably need to have a registered company if you want people to trust you....

Ok can you do that for free? Or it cost money and about how much?

In my opinion you need some standard offerings (with pictures and prices); if the first step is

"Please fill out the form if you want to learn more and order your dream PC"

people will go elsewhere.

You might as well burn cash like Mayweather....

Add some prebuilts to your website, examples of computers your business could build, and prices.

Also, I wouldn't use wixsite, it doesn't looks as legit as a .com, and why should people fill out a form?

Oh and don't do ONLY "gaming" computers, offer normal home+office builds as well, maybe workstations if you aim to get prosumers (designers, photo editors, etc) as your clients.

I repair computers but also sell them and most people who comes to me simply wants "a new PC", they don't need to know a lot of technical details and usually only ask about RAM and storage. I don't have a website or social media, the key is to offer fair prices and fix things right so people will tell their friends and family, at least that's how it is for me.
