Tuning RAM question

Hello, I am overclocking my RAM. And I would like to know how quickly the WHEAs are seen. As you can see my RAM is full stable. In those test, i diden't look for WHEAS. Now i am testing another 200 cycles of 1usmusv3 and still in the 101 cycle and no WHEA error

HWinfo is great to leave running to record WHEA errors - often they show up in single digit seconds or minutes, although my borderline stable setup that crashed a game or program once a week had about one WHEA every 2 hours
