My CPU and GPU Limited in 50%

EN - I have a problem, when I go to play COD for some reason the CPU and the GPU neither use more than 50%,
but the game never stays above 60fps, I've tried to limit the FPS, remove the limit and nothing it works

PT - Estou com um problema, quando vou jogar COD por algum motivo a CPU e a GPU não usam mais que 50%,
mas o jogo nunca fica acima de 60fps, já tentei limitar o FPS, tirar o limite e nada funciona

Eu tenho uma configuração bem modesta, porém por algum motivo o COD não está usando os recursos necessários para manter o jogo acima dos 60FPS ja tentei algumas formar de forçar a utilização da CPU ou GPU porém sem sucesso, ele sempre mantem tanto a CPU quanto a GPU abaixo dos 57%

in my experience, cod will never b a demanding game to run - I was able to max-out War-zone last yer at 1080p on an ANCIENT GTX 1060 PLUS 4790K

I have 16Gb of ram running at 3000Mhz

na minha experiência, o bacalhau nunca será um jogo exigente - Consegui maximizar a zona de guerra no último ano a 1080p em um ANCIENT GTX 1060 PLUS 4790K

What kind of Power supply is that? Seems to be awfully low quality given the vague name.
Can you be a little more specific on what PSU is that?

Similar cases like yours always pointed to the power supply as the main cause.
Could also be a power plan issue, bad voltage regulation, etc.

So, would you kindly give us the exact PSU name, motherboard model and if possible, your BIOS configs?

my sourcer is "Corsair RM750X, 750W, 80 plus Gold, Modular" and Motherboard is "Gigabyte B550M, AMD AM4, Micro ATX, DDR4" I'm Don't can check the Bios me now as I'm at work.
