If you'd like to lower the temps on the CPU, I'd recommend lowering the CPU vcore down a bit so you can keep the temps lower and it will be a fair bit more efficient

I run both of my 3900X's around 1.10vcore and temps stay in the 40's to 50's depending on the ambient temps

i cant run this clock and the other cores at 4525 with that low of voltage

I don't worry about the clock speed, efficiency and the temps is where I'm wanting to make sure of and they are in a comfortable level.. 50C is where I like to keep the CPUs under 100% load for 24/7 load temps...
