What screen resolution have you set? Your card has 4gb so try reducing resolution.

Some tweaks I like to use in all PCs:

- Disable Windows Hibernate
https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/2859-enable-disable-hibernate-windows-10-a.html

- Disable Core Isolation and Memory Integrity
https://www.thewindowsclub.com/core-isolation-and-memory-integrity-in-windows-10

Do the "Processor idle demote/promote threshold" tweak
use the Windows power plan settings explorer utility
and unselect "Processor idle demote/promote threshold"

New options will appear and set the Threshold to 100%.

- Nvidia GPU power

- Make sure MSI(Message Signaled-Based Interrupts) is enabled for the GPU, use utility V3

In addition to VBS disable can attest the second tweak here nets some nice gains

I read yesterday 30-FPS fixes traversal-stutter in all games, try that:slap:

didn´t work

cap your frame rate to like 55 fps with Rivatuner, with a medium hook.

my cap is 160, but my hardware is a lot better.

I do everything and still with stutter and its on all the games i play

Without the machine in front of me, it is impossible to know what the problem is and I am out of ideas.
Anyway, try to clear the motherboard CMOS.

Verify if the CPU clock/etc is at correct speeds

Verify if you have some malware/virus

Try to run the games at lower resolution like 1024x768.

But with my hardware. Witch card should i pick to play games on 1080p at med-high graphics without stutter ?

You should not set your GPU to "Prefer Maximum Performance", that is just poorly constructed advice. Doing this WILL ABSOLUTELY have you asking around on forums, "why does my GPU sit at 2000Mhz at when my system should be at idle?"

What you should do instead, is set this setting on a Per-game-basis.
If you set "Prefer Maximum Performance" for Cyberpunk2077.exe, then whenever the game is running, your GPU will never go to idle speeds... which can actually cause some improvements.
