Sapphire rx 580 nitro+ ERROR: 0FL01 Failed to Read ROM

After gaming i shut down my PC on that time Graphics card was working totally Good, When i turn on PC again graphics card fan spinning continusly fixed rpm and Not working, I think its bios issue So, i do some research on internet, I tried Almost every single method like ATI FLASH, CMD, DOS, UEFI SHELL Also i tried lot of code, but it's not work, It's showing everywhere Failed to Read ROM ERROR: 0FL01 I can't flash bios, I think maybe graphics card inside component damaged.

When i installed AMD driver its successful installed like all other time

Wrong bios on the card

Pull the card, get a picture of the white sticker on the side of the card heatsink.

Remove the heatsink get a picture of a ram chip up close and a picture of the metal bracket with the numbers on it surrounding the gpu die.

Use Windows 10 and AMDvbflash 2.93, Find my bios flash guide for 2.93

Bios was correct version, i also have previous backup stock bios Sapphire nitro+ 8GB Micron memory,

I used Atiflash 2.93 showed photo above on CMD,
Have AMDvbflash 2.93 Dos mode?

amdvbflashwin.exe 2.93 not opening, showing error message

There was 2 bios for Micron memory
1. SHAPHIRE NITRO+ RX580 1340 Mhz
2. SHAPHIRE NITRO+ RX580 1411 MHz


Stock bios was1340MHz, but flashed 1411MHz and keep useing this from 4-5 month, Yesterday i got problem suddenly, Just i off my pc and on again after 2-3 hours and this is dead condition now. but driver install sucessfully, and gpu-z showing as rx590. showing all other information unknown

No brother, i dont tried, i go to repair shop, they said after 2 hours it can't be fix able.

, In my country don't have professional experienced graphics card repair shop, they can fix small issue, I don't receive this yet,
maybe it's recover not possible, i will try another shop, see what happened
