My friend bought an RX 570 8GB that has 2 years of usage and it keeps powering off when playing games like CS:GO and when benchmarking with FurMark. Here's the sensor log:

If refund is possible then return it. Is the PSU sufficient? From the first glance I would say the VRM of the card is likely busted.

As VuurVOS mentioned, what PSU do you have.

It is possible that your PSU isn't up to spec with your RX570, however a 570 isn't pulling that much but could cause system shutdowns if the PSU isn't able to handle it.

You need at least a good 450Watts PSU for a RX570 according to AMD.

If you got a good PSU, send back the GPU and buy a new one.

Could also be overheating. Repaste the card for a start
Is not overheating according the GPU-Z temp log. Highest GPU temp which is measured is 62 degrees

I would still repaste the card, it's a older card and worth a shot. That being said, if the PC shuts off very fast, GPU-Z maybe won't have the chance to record the temp

Just 62 degrees for a GPU excellent, no need to repaste and this temperature is certainly not causing shutdowns/crashes.

I would return the card since it is second hand and this problem was directly from the beginning with the new owner ;)

The memory clock speeds for a XFX R9 570 8GB isn't correct. XFX R9 570 only sells with 1750MHz memory speed. This graphics card does not have the orginal bios installed:

Now down clock the vram and check if then it's working. If yes, the bios can simply be flashed with the correct bios and your problem is then SOLVED. (Maybe)
