Killed BIOS chip on Z490-A PRO

Hey everyone. I have a MSI Z490-A PRO motherboard that I purchased a few weeks ago.
I have an 11th gen CPU to pair with it, but the BIOS was too outdated so it was stuck on the CPU debug light.
So I tried to use a BIOS flasher that was SUPPOSEDLY supporting 3.3 volts, but the jumper was actually for changing modes or something? (Found out the hard way.)
So I tried the flasher, it recognized the chip as the same series but different model or something? I didn't do any writes at that point, just tried to read the chip.

When I tried to boot up the motherboard, it did nothing. Like, nothing at all. No CPU light, no anything, basically bricked AF.
Would this be a permanent BIOS chip failure or could it be fixed by an actual 3.3 volt programmer? I'm looking to hear your suggestions. Thank you.

P.S. The 5v programmer still recognizes the chip.

Is the bios chip socketed? is it a CH341a you have? see this video to make it give 3.3v-

I returned the programmer already.

Would the BIOS chip be dead or just need proper flashing? Thats what I'm asking.

Hard to say without testing it i guess. But 5v could have killed it.

what programmers you used?
It was one of these labled CH341A Pro
