Hello, I apologize in advance for my English, I'm from the Czech Republic
I have this problem after using Ccleaner, even reinstalling windows didn't help
I tried to turn on GTA 5 and it showed me this broken card in the graphics settings. I've been looking at the forum for some advice but haven't found anything, this is my last resort
I try install new and old graphic drivers and it didn't help
I think ccleaner caused it

I also tried installing the drivers offline

Dump the laptop and get one with nvidia graphics.

I won't make that mistake next time
Im from czech republic, i dont have money :D
Any help please?

Can you do a clean install with Windows 10?

I don't understand, do the drivers actually install or not ?

Looks like something is wrong with that GPU.....maybe just the cooler for GPU in that Lap-top aint working properly so the new driver refuse to install or it's possible that GPU is simply daying and showing the famous code 43 error......GL fixing that

Have you run DDU (display driver unistaller) in safe mode?

How did you reinstall windows? if not from a fresh windows download to usb drive then boot from usb and do install from that usb. any other type of windows installation may not be a clean install.

CCleaner and DDU can both break drivers, but if it is just software it's definitely fixable - you just need the specific drivers for that GPU and not generic ones.
The question is why did you run CCleaner on the settings that could affect drivers? Were you attempting to fix a problem with the graphics card that already existed?

Newer AMD drivers are here and should also work but sometimes laptops require their specific drivers.
If these do not work (use the clean install option while offline), then get your laptops specific drivers from the lenovo website below.
Note that this is a 'legacy' graphics card now, the main driver releases will not work on this GPU.

Unfortunately, there is multiple laptops that fit this code on the lenovo support page, you may need to find the one that matches your laptop specifically.

This is the first link; you'd need your models correct VGA driver.

Because these came with multiple GPU options, you need to select the correct driver - Nvidia drivers wont do you any good, so don't download everything they have.

You'll note that the AMD driver supports several models of the laptops, so it's likely that one will work fine for you even with a different variant.
This package provides AMD VGA Driver and is supported on 330-14IKB (Type 81DA), 330-15IKB (Type 81DC), 330-15IKB (Type 81FD), 330-17IKB (Type 81DK), 330 Touch-15IKB (Type 81DH), B330-15IKB (81G7)
There is no windows 11 driver because your laptop doesn't support windows 11. The drivers should work anyway.

Code 43 errors are particularly common on faulty GPU's - happened a lot on 700 series Nvidia cards for example, where oven baking or a solder reflow would commonly help get them working again

One unique thing about that situation was the GPU would work without drivers, but then crash with them - it would work in the most basic 2D state only, but the drivers unlocking the 3D parts of the GPU would cause it to crash out completely.

When I install the driver, it shows the graphics card without problems, that it works fine
After restarting the computer it appears again
nothing helps, since I used CCleaner it doesn't work, it was recommended to me to speed up my computer, it's the biggest crap ccleaner

Probably a hardware problem.

But it's strange that it started after using ccleaner :(

Does this help you?

Did you try to do a clean install with Windows 10 and see if it works before upgrading to Windows 11?

I just reinstalled on windows 11
I did not install windows 10
Maybe you should try first on the official suported operating system which is Windows 10.

CCleaner and DDU can break things, but usually not in this manner.

What they tend to do is remove the microsft drivers making windows think it needs to redownload them, and you end up with two drivers installed that may be the AMD or microsoft one - you just need to manually choose the AMD one in device manager when that happens (but people keep using DDU over and over again, without catching on that the uninstallers are the problem - not the drivers)

Hello, im sorry now im back
When I turn on my laptop, within a minute I get a blue screen of death that says "Thread stuck in device driver"
I try reinstall windows x times, try DDU in offline and still nothing :/

While the driver is not installed, does the system stay stable?
If it stays stable without drivers install, can you flash the latest bios?

after a clean reinstall of windows everything loads, but within a minute it gives me a blue screen and the error I wrote above. if I want to use the computer I have to go into the bios and disable the Radeon 530
After disabling the problematic graphics card, I tried to install the bios, but the message "you already have the latest bios" appears.
If I enable the faulty graphics card in the bios and quickly look in the computer manager, it first shows up as an unknown device, but after a while it goes into the graphics card folder and within 20 seconds I get the same error

this is all what i can give you, can i report here some blue screen report from windows?

Yeah get blue screen view and send us info when it happens

Im going to say that there is probably a hardware fault with that GPU. I dont think its fixable

Many of us can read some other languages but a complete translation of that error code would be helpful.

I would suggest enabling the AMD GPU in the BIOS and then booting into safe mode and see if it give the same BSOD.

From that point if it doesn't crash with just the basic windows driver, either the AMD driver is causing the issue or the hardware has a fault. I would suggest uninstalling the AMD software package at that point and letting windows load JUST the AMD driver from the package and see if it presents the same problem.

If the problem still exists I would suggest cooling the whole machine down and see if it lasts longer or run GPU-Z with logging enabled and see if it tracks a temp spike or something. The unloaded 49C temp if accurate and the few little spikes would put it over 100C? You may need to repaste the GPU if it hasn't been damaged.
