So I recently bought Asus tuf f15 laptop with i5 11400h + 3060 (95w) . So every time I run warzone its go back to cpu base clock 2699mhz when playing. I played other games but they seems fine 4ghz plus all time. But in warzone its stick with 2699 clock. Plese help me and my cpu is locked. And i added trottlestop log file .Any help will be appriciated.

It looks like your hitting a thermal limit. Can you increase the fan speed or lift the laptop to get more air into the intake of the fans (usually on the bottom of the laptop)? Also, depending on age, there may be dust issues or paste dry-out/pump-out. Laptops run pretty warm, so they're especially susceptible to wearing out the thermal paste and needing fresh application(s) over time.

Temp is under 70° always and yes I use laptop stand and the laptop is only 2 month clean as new. So theres no thermal trottle can You check the log file

I did check the log file. It looks like it's hitting 80-84°C and then it changes from "EDP" to "VRTEMP" and your multiplier drops to ~26.92x. This happens every time your temperatures get to about 80°C according to your log file. Look at 2023-10-23 19:59:35 for example 1, 2023-10-23 20:00:41 for example 2.

You can see temps at 80+ at:

and others.

EDP looks like a power limit at around 44.5W. It does that for about 15-30 seconds before it goes into "VRTEMP" mode and throttles.

What is VR Temp mate?

It means your Voltage Regulators are getting too hot and throttling.

Edit: Your laptop has a heat-pipe built into the cooling system that's supposed to cool your VRMs. I don't know if it uses paste, putty, or pads, but I'm wondering if it's missing the thermal interface material or something.

How to fix it then the laptop is only less then 2 months old And I will lose warranty if I open. Its only happen in warzone no other game
you may be able to get it fixed with your warranty. That shouldn't be happening.

As for why only in Warzone, a lot of games don't stress the CPU as much as the GPU and that game seems to be maxing out your CPU to it's power limit. At that CPU power limit, the VR is hitting it's thermal limit.

which one is Voltage regulator

I think its the top left vertical row of black chips you have thermal paste on, you should be using thermal pads since it is lower than surrounding components and wouldn't touch the heat dissipator using thermal paste
