Help me build an AMD mid-range system

Hello my girlfriend wants to get around a mid-range build in price but she say's the parts are too expensive.
The specs must include an R7 5800X3D and RX 6000-7000 series. Most of everything visible has to be white with RGB.
A 240-280mm radiator with an LCD. I made 2 lists one with a rad, white parts, and RGB and the second doesn't follow the rad or cosmetic requirements.
I removed the power supply because i have a brand new 650W PSU and upgraded the GPU to an RX 7700 XT

build a cheap am5 if you want it to last -- ryzen 7600 if you can (unless you already have a 5800x3d)
 
I like the p5 plus more than the p3. Are you able to budget a 6800xt or 7800xt in there?
 
Just go for the cheapest of the two, AM4 is dead, it's really not worth spending anymore than what you need to. If you are willing to pay 1500$ then go for the 1200$ system and choose a faster card, like a 7800XT or maybe even 7900XT there is no point in spending that extra 250$ unless it's for a faster GPU, that's what really matters.

That being said I would go for AM5, upgrade the CPU towards the end of it's lifecycle, you would get way more out of that platform.

No offense but the R7 5800x3d...................not exactly mid-range.

Mid range would probably be closer to a
5600 - 5600x cpu
rx6600-rx 7600 gpu

Using 5700x cpu and dumping the extra money saved from a 5800x3d and dumped into a vid card would be better $ for fps.

Personally I would pass on the P3 for main and only storage - look at Kingston KC3000 or Solidgm Pro as alternatives.

Ram - be carefull with those crazy clocks and timings they are XMP. I would get something tamer like a 3200 jedec at 1.2v so it works without xmp. I think the x3d will only do about 3600 max so possibly potential to save money, also 16GB is enough for gaming, but at the price of ddr4 may as well get 32GB

Between ram and cpu savings could step up to a 6800 or 6800xt card

No i am not able to get a 7800xt in maybe a 6800 but the 7700xt out performs it. I have the P3 Plus in my system as a secondary drive. i haven't had any problems with it.

I have a 5800x3d paired with 4000cl18 ram and it works fine but my timings might but causing the issues. I could lower the ram speed for cheaper but X3D loves more bandwidth then timings and jedec would
be more stable. although CL22 wouldn't be that well with gaming i can get plain ripjaws 4000cl18 for $77 which is close to some jedec kits when it comes to price to performance.

Alright suite yourself. I personally don't like ssds with qlc nand and no dram, however they should be okay for light use. Slow install times, and slow copying speed after cache runs out is a peeve of mine, but it doesn't have to be for you. Playing games is more important than installing them after all.

The 7700xt is a fine gpu, but the 6800xt or 7800xt is a much better deal fps and vram wise. However if you can't afford it, then you can't afford it. I understand.
 
I originally had a 6700xt in there but remembered i have a power supply so i shaved off about $100 and put the 7700xt instead.
