Your PC ATM

Bored of my Dark knight case and its just too small and noisy for my taste. So in come the old CSX Stacker with custom skull and flame paint. 12700k@5.1/4.0, 64GB 3200mhz Cas 14, ASRock Steel Legend z690, 3x Intel Optane drives, SK Hynix p31 NVME drive, Intel ARC 750, Seasonic Plat Focus. Case has lots of custom touches, like updated IO.

I have those unplugged optical drives there just because the case is missing two 5.25" blanks. :D

Hi,
Swapped out pump/ reservoir combos ocool I like better o:cool:
I did reuse the ek pump stand though it is more stable than also had to rotate the reservoir so I could get the side panel back on tubing a little stiff hehe

I think it looks ok, the tubes blocking stuff would annoy me a bit, but really.. how often do you really need to pull stuff out? Probably not often..

A dust free experience :DView attachment 323758
Air cooling didn’t last too long.. :/

New GPU, RTX 3060M. I'm thinking my PSU will barely cut it for this 80W beast. :D

Not sure if I'll add it to the water loop, already barely hits 55c with fans @ 1300RPM and it seems to be power limited to ~80W in the silicon.

A normal D15 won't fit on this board, the pipes hit the heatsink at the top, same with this unless it is rotated 180' idle temps are as good as they were with the 700 quid loop on  Great VFM

I have had to use a LGA1200 mount kit though, luckily the board has the holes for it. I have ordered a free LGA1700 mount kit as i might as well, and will need it if i change to a Z790 board. I do have a LGA1700 backplate but not the correct front plates to fit the cooler, the screws on the cooler are too close together to screw onto the front plates.

I had one of them, bought for 30 quid with all the hardware in it, 2 cards, cpu ram drives. They are a pretty nice case tbh.

Holy flashback, I haven't seen one of those in forever.
I had an XPS (not that one) before I built my first PC, it had a 6800GT and a Pentium D (space heater) lol.

And who here did spend a grant on a Pentium 4 EE in the past?... :D

I think I was running a Barton 2500+ Mobile at that time :D

After PIII I didn't go back until Conroe, after I abused A64 :)

Look at it the other way, 180'. it wont fit, i looked on the Notua website, so had to get the S version. the pipes on the D15 hit the top VRM cooler, the S is offset so upside down there is enough clearance.

Hi,
Yeah that's likely why I did to
Thinking that plus the cooler would block access to the fan ports/.. on top of the board to
Noctua brain fart they put the name upside down not us
