fps game not smooth 60 fps,100 etc.

Try Rivatuner Statistic (RTSS) from Guru3D, it would be the best frame capping software out there
It WAS. Nowadays there is no practical difference between it and in-driver NV cap. They both introduce about a frame of delay and behave similarly.
Best one, if implemented correctly, is always an in-engine cap.

Reinstalled drivers from a DDU/AMDdrivercleanup? Any thermals hitting high places?

We need your COMPLETE spec list. Memory, power supply, etc.

yes it was ddu , memory 32 gb ddr4 3200 mhz , power supply: Seasonic G12 GM-550 Gold

even if it works, it's the same if capped fps is still not good

Samsung SSD 850 EVO 250GB (SSD)
KINGSTON SNV2S2000G (Nvme SSD)

the gpu usage changes when it is 72% then the fps also increases and then jumps back to 51% gpu usage and the fps also jumps back, is 100% not being used?

Looking at a block in an unstable game isn't going to tell us anything at all. Stop using Minecraft for references.

What is your monitor model?

One of those..

What are your thermals like? Hwinfo64 can help show these while you run a few games so we can see if there is any throttling.

Are your settings at minimum as per competitive spec?

I checked the spec of your monitor and found that you need to turn off Varible Refresh Rate in order to use DyAc+ (back light strobing to reduce ghosting and screen shake)

So try turning off G-sync in NVCP and play games with upcapped FPS, also try to enable DyAc+ on the monitor

I have already tried these, no change

Listen to the instructions given. No one is going to keep going in circles with you.

hwinfo64. That is what will show temperatures current, minimum, and maximum. Not your in game settings, not your overlay, not whatever you're using in the screenshot. Literally looks like this.

CPU temps and power used doesn't look right. What cooler are you using and was it properly installed?

Nevermind, didn't see the CPU thermal throttling...

a long time ago, when my computer wasn't that good, but it was still 400-500 fps, then when I turned on g-sync, it was better, the game was much smoother and csgoba, and now I can't even feel it, as if nothing changes when I turn on gsync.

On same monitor? Try the old one - if you still have it.

I don't have my old monitor

let's say it would be helpful if it really isn't a palcebo feeling, so that I can find out if g-sync is turned on, the lag is less than when it's not, but I don't know how to do it?

let's say I don't understand this either, why is this happening when I turn on g-sync, sometimes this happens and I open a window, the image disappears

I don't understand that either, a long time ago I had g-sync on my 240hz monitor and it didn't do anything like that... it knew the same thing as this one..
No G-sync enable alt tab

G-sync enable
it is difficult to process the 1920x1080 aspect ratio to the 1024x768 in the game, but even then it worked fine on another monitor at 240 Hz... older monitor Acer Predator XB253QGXbmiiprzx UM.KX3EE.X07 240hz

I think the other one you had - was probably working as intended out of the box. That's not to say it's placebo - but 2 different monitors with same specs - can act differently (while using different techs - if you will). If you happen to have a neighbor/friend with 160 Hz capable monitor - testing both while capping this one at 160 Hz - there's a high chance his might seem to be running better (or at least - have a smoother experience).

Did you try the other refresh rate modes: Adaptive, Adaptive (half refresh rate) and Fast? How about the monitor's own settings, as shown here:

Also, another exemple - supposedly for CS:GO:

I tried the adaptive one,

if it is in adaptive and I lock it to 180 fps or rather 176, it is better, but there is a little uinput lag, yes, as if there was simply adaptive sync. so

if adaptive sync is on, the game is smoother and the hitbox is better, but it's not enjoyable due to input lag. fastsync better than nothing, but worse with adaptive sync.

Yeah but 78c at 100w it sure will be.
it doesn't go above 8500mhz for all games look screenshot and mem: 17000 MHz and 8500... and GPU-Z

In my experience, if your playing a non demanding game, or locking your frame rate at a level where the GPU is not working very hard, you will get micro stutters everytime the GPU wakes up to get fetch more data or render a new object from.

1. Nothing you have is hitting 8500mhz besides the speed this thread is going into a wall.

2. We're talking about your processor throttling, not your gpu.
Okay, and why do you think it's 360hz with adaptvie sync and when it's on, when it's off like that and below 240 and a little above it, it stutters up to 287, and 100 fps is stuttering and the hitbox is not good, very it's bad, but I can see that no one lags at 100 fps, nor does the hitbox work at 400 fps, I don't think that everyone has a weaker machine and the computer would matter so much, last time I had G with this monitor, and when I turned on free-sync, interesting, the game was much smoother, but unfortunately I didn't have 360 fps... I think Freesync handles G-sync poorly on this monitor, even though it works in principle. it's worth nothing..

e.g. if I increase the performance, in Windows and in nvidia it is a little better, but the stuttering is the same... with a bad hitbox.

or maybe the 550w power supply is not enough???

below, with msfs2020, the screen saver ran like this :)

I will be honest, I chose to abstain from
this thread for days, but the pull me back in, just like Michael Corleone.

1. I barely understand the OPs post above. Please be actually concise and, maybe, if English isn’t your strong suit, consider running your posts through, say, DeepL either to translate from your native, or to run it through text improvement. Nobody can decipher anything useful as it stands.

2. Stop going on about hitboxes, please. It isn’t useful and not how any of this works. No performance issues with YOUR hardware affects hitboxes in-game.

3. If VRR doesn’t work properly, then just don’t use it. Yes, you will get tearing, but in competitive games it would be irrelevant and in slower paced SP games you can just run FastSync from CP. if the games stutter even then… then there is a hardware issue. Have you considered that the monitor might just be faulty?
