everything low 1024x768 never had down to 16 frame rates before. Most the time stays at 30 but can go up to 50s at time.

- athlon64 3200+
- 1.5gig ram
- x850xt

You're getting 20FPS on Crysis 1024x768...with a 7800GS?

Ha, remember the old 7800GTX? And how it was better than the X850 series by like 5FPS in everything?

I have to say, 40FPS with my X850XT @ 1440x900, on medium settings, sure looks a lot better than the 7800 series now .

its only a 16pp card and the cpu is @ stock? not to mention its 1gb single channel DDR1 @400mhz 2.5-3-2-5...the list goes on with why my rig shouldnt keep up with yours

And not to long ago somebody tried to tell me there wasn't much of a difference between High and Low. . .

I was getting 20 fps with my old system. I was running 1024x768 and mostly med settings. That is -

AMD XP 3200 Barton
2 gig of PC-3200 DDR
BFG 6800 GT OC

this is THE lowest FPS i have gotten in the game with my settings

i took SS when mostly when the FPS started to dip it normaly was around 20FPS or so
