I have a fake rx580, I opened it and saw that the gpu is from an rx570, my board has 1 dvi, 1 display port and 1 hdmi, I would like your help to find a correct bios for the rx570 that has these inputs for me to use no problem.

It's a bit rude to put a price on something you don't have in a situation that you don't know about and give it total dismissal. In my early VR days a RX 570 would have been perfectly fine stacked against my RX 580. I'm sure there's a vbios for it floating around here somewhere. Any ideas on the make?

We'd first need to see the ram chips, to determine a.) if it even has the advertised vram and b.) what vbios to use.

215-0910052 on the GPU shim points to either RX 580 2048 core or RX 570 which is the same configuration and from that 3rd picture of yours it looks like a red_dragon edition.
Here are the BIOSes for either 4 (3) or 8GB (1) cards - first check the RAM manufacturer of the card:
RX570 4GB RAM: Elpida or Hynix
or (same)
RX570 8GB RAM: Micron only
RX570 4GB RAM: Samsung or Elpida
Use 2.93 version of ATI flash...

No disagreement(s) here.

Though since OP is new here, I figure they might appreciate the flashing guide eidairman1 put together.
For RX 500 Series (Polaris) and Older:

Get amdvbflash 2.93

https://www.techpowerup.com/download/ati-atiflash/

Then look for Version 4.68, underneath 4.68 you will see a link to show older version, click that and you should see version 2.93

Follow these steps carefully:

1. Open your "C:" drive in Windows, create a new folder, call it atiflash.

2. Extract the contents of atiflash_293.zip to the "C:\atiflash" folder

3. Find the bios file you downloaded and rename the bios file to 5 digits with .rom on end Example RX 580, change file to rx580.rom (r****.rom)

4. Move r****.rom to the "C:\atiflash" folder

5. Open the start menu, type cmd, when cmd.exe appears right click it and hit "Run as administrator"

6. At the command prompt type in cd\ and press enter until only C:\> is on the screen.

7. Type in cd/atiflash and press enter, you should see C:\atiflash>

8. Type in amdvbflash.exe -i to identify the gpu you want to flash with a 0, 1, or 2)

9. At the C:\atiflash> prompt type in
amdvbflash.exe -unlockrom 0
(there is a space between the e and -unlockrom and 0)(0 is the number zero)
press enter and you will be prompted that the "ROM Unlocked" (or 1, 2)

10. At the C:\atiflash> prompt type in
amdvbflash.exe -f -p 0 r****.rom
(there is a space between the .exe and -f, and a space between -f and -p and 0).
(Or 1, 2)

Press Enter

Follow directions on screen and if flash is successful exit the command prompt and restart, windows should show up on screen

Thank you very much, I'm from Brazil and here because there are a lot of taxes, these plates are very expensive, even if they are imported, they arrive here at an absurd price. I'm going to put these bios on and test, my memory is excellent. My board only has dvi, display port and hdmi.

As R-T-B mentioned, we'll need to know what VRAM is on the card to specifically point which VBIOS (pavle mentioned) is compatible.

Did you happen to take a screenshot w/ GPU-z while it was still put-together? (For VRAM info)
Alternatively (if the card's still taken apart), you can angle the VRAM to a light source, and take a pic of (or note down) the markings on the VRAM.

Can you make a picture of the whole PCB? The small picture with only the GPU die and memory doesn't tell us everything we need.

It would be good to see the other side too, please make a picture of the stickers on the back side of the board.

It's a problematic PCB for some people:

I recommend to flash a RX580 2048SP bios (D00033) instead of RX570 (D00034). Make a backup before you flash.

My board already has this bios, the hdmi input only works with a vga to hdmi adapter, the hdmi doesn't work directly! My monitor has HDMI and VGA, but the card does not accept HDMI input, it does not display the image!

Maybe the HDMI port is faulty. May need to pick up a Display port to HDMI convertor.

Can you try the following bioses?

I may be incorrect, but I believe a lot of these SP2048/570 'mining production' cards have borked(broken) and 'hacked-together' HDMI support.
Part of the complications is that HDMI has licensing fees associated with it. I'd imagine the HDMI function is semi-purposefully broken on these cards.

I've ran across at least 3 folks across TPU and AMD's forums where video and audio issues on these kinds of cards, were corrected with a forcing to PCIe gen2.
(I don't think that's going to help, here. It was to make the point that HDMI on these cards is 'wonky' at best)

Does the DVI-D work?
You'll be limited in res/refresh rate to ~1200p60hz (IIRC), but (single-link) DVI-D *is* what original HDMI was based upon. Passive adapters and adapter cables are *cheap*.

Regarding the DP:
At least in US, one can find Used and NewOldStock "Active" adapters to get HDMI2.0, etc. very affordably.
DisplayPort will almost-always semi-passively (read: cheaply) adapt to 'single-link DVI-D signal' over HDMI PHY.

Which one did give you screen but with artifacts? Did you get the artifacts while using the vga to hdmi adapter?

Can you try these lower clocked bioses?
