Orientation of said Radiators, I have 2 560s and one 280 UT60s the 560 and 280 for the videocard the other is just for the cpu, how would you orintate them? I currently got all 6 holes facing down not up does it matter? I know it matters for AIOs but I have no idea for custom cooling Radiators should they be up and not down connected?

You typically want the pump to be lower than the rads. Just in case of any air that can get trapped in it. I know that's the logic with AIO's, and I think it's less likely on custom loops since you are feeding from a reservoir, but I still like to follow that logic anyways. I had a dual loop in a Tower 900 and my pump/res combo's were mount half way up on the rads in the rear of the case. I was going for a minimalist look up front so I only wanted tubing in the front.

So I should turn the rads right side up and have the 6 holes on top and the one on the bottom?
by holes do you mean inlet and outlet? If so no, bottom is fine. Where are you mounting your pump and res?

Rad/port orientation doesn't matter. As long as your res is feeding your pump and it isn't allowed to run dry, you can mount the rads however you prefer. You will ultimately have to do the rad dance to get the air out, whichever way the ports are oriented.

^^THIS^^

is the main consideration for almost any liquid cooling set-up, unless of course you cherish the thought of having to replace the pump(s) every 6 months :D

That case is so awesome & gives you soooo many options (I had one a few years ago), so be creative & go with your gut, but most of all: BE HAPPY !
