What do you mean? Making mechanical stuff does not change - for example making sheet metal parts is going to look similar for centuries.But this only goes to show that they must move to less complex productions. They must innovate. This is like 1800s - early 1900s technology!
Air jet has a huge problem with dust.

Here is your problem, you need clean air for the thing to work reliably. You need to carefully clean the air before it enters the unit.I don't think so.
The vibrating material is waterproof and dustproof, and AirJet already has functioning dust filters for the individual cooling units, down to one micron.
They must have already tested air jets and found them not performing well enough, not reliable enough or too expensive.
The topic of air jet cooling is interesting, however it does not belong in this thread!Apple is first to use it.
