With the right-handed ergonomic Aria II, Fantech revises their Aria XD7. At 53 g, the Aria II weighs 7 g less, and instead of Kailh switches, it now features Huano switches for the main buttons. PixArt's PAW3395 sensor is used, and both 2.4 GHz wireless and Bluetooth are supported, with up to 70 hours of battery life.

How the hell did they get battery life this dogshit from a 3395 + CompX package on a 300 mAh pack. Any chance you got a scuffed sample?

Even at 125 Hz, official battery life is only 70 hours, so 20 hours and change at 1000 Hz indeed checks out.

A classical 2000mAh NiMh battery weight is around 30g and much larger than this battery, but it is much higher in capacity and the user can replace it from any electronics shop. I will stick to these solutions thanks.

Yes. It will also turn this small 53 gram mouse (which some would argue already could be lighter with such a shape and size) into a 83-85 gram mouse which just becomes unwieldy for its intended purpose by modern standards. Which, as with all high performance mice, isn’t just futzing around on the desktop.
