Can,t get in to my Windows 11 with a flash drive?

I tnstaled Windows 11 and now it want let me ,it is asking for a password,i have never used a password.It talkes about using a flash for it.does anyone know what this is about?The guy in the video is doing it on Windows how do i do it when i can,t get in?I will have to reinstal Windows.i never ask for this.

Can't you just leave both password fields empty, and simply continue ?

I had a update and it went in without me doing anything but i do have the flash drive in the PC but there is nothing on it? :( I have never used passwords to login on Windows ,you have to have a password on a Mac though.Apparently a Bit Locker key is 48 digit?:fear:
 
That is the normal change password prompt, I don't think we are dealing with a bitlocker issue here.

Use Hiren or Sergei Strelec WinPE boot disk (or most any of them, really). They have tools built in to change windows passwords offline. You can brew your own, but those are very easy to use.

Should be able to access SAM offline and change or bypass and then set the account password to never expire.
