Hello, I was using X870E-E and while i was removing my GPU, this chip happened on my GPU PCIe connector. When I check the golden pins, all looks fine and straight. I’m not able to test it right now since I’ve ordered new mobo and old one is sold, would my GPU work as expected? Would this chip effect anything in terms of usage of GPU?

It's just a minor chip. Don't worry about it, there is no PCB traces there that can cause anything bad.

Thanks — would this situation void my GPU’s warranty?

Depends on the brand if they will attempt trouble over such a minor thing. Some brands like gigabyte, non-ROG ASUS, etc, are infamous for looking for trouble. Some might attempt to say it's not covered. But I would say it most definitely should be in all but the worst cases of an abusive RMA department. If they ever try to deny a claim based on that chip, look up the issue with those ASUS boards and link it. It's well known and established to be harmless damage other than cosmetics, and should not impact a warranty really under most nations laws.
