I have a Asus Rx470 and I wanted to flash the vbios of a Rx570 to it. The reason is because this model has Hynix memory and higher Gpu and clock speed, couldn't find a rx470 bios that matched. Even the mining bios that did match had Elpida memory, but I did find a Rx570 bios that matched perfectly but it has a slightly higher tdp.

Sounds like that's your only option?

Not sure why people are still buying these junk cards, even if this works an Rx570 is awful value/$ (and just awful for anything modern overall).

True man I'm new to computers and just thought Im making a good transition from a 2gb graphics card to a 4gb one. Honestly there is barely difference between the two in terms of perfomance.

Remove the cooler and make a picture of the PCB for us.

I had a friend check it out and he bought it from me this earlier today so I can't take any pics. The flash was successful. My power supply was faulty once it was swapped out everything worked perfectly fine. Thank you for the time though.
