What does it achieve with FSR 4 on Performance with RT reflections enabled (other RT effects disabled, frame gen disabled)?
Cyberpunk 2077 is not a supported FSR 4 game,.. FSR 3, Downsampler is only options currently.

don't need Full Path Tracing.
Make it make sense. I explicitly asked how it behaves with only RT reflections enabled and not demanded you to play like that forever.

Optiscaler FSR 4 is not stable on 9070 XT with current Radeon software.

RT Reflections enabled, other RT effects disabled works fine on FSR 3.

What does it get at FSR2 Balanced? I mean, without frame generation.
